TriPartum have been accredited by the National Centre for Diversity committing the company to the principles of Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement.

During the last year the company has engaged with key customers and suppliers alongside all staff and reviewed documentation, policies and core practices. The focus has been on understanding and avoiding unconscious bias in the communities we enjoy working with.
