Chris Martin is joining TriPartum in the role as associate consultant. Chris brings with him an acclaimed background in business development, marketing and large scale project management and will help drive TriPartum’s work in business consultancy. The appointment comes as the company drives forward ambitious plans for growth.
Chris’ 30 years experience in the print sector includes a number of directorships in both start-up and established digital colour print companies and consultancies. Most recently Chris established Kodak’s UK Business Development operation that provided strategic and tactical support to a wide range of print and marketing service providers in the UK.
Prior to this he founded Syntax 121 a specialist consultancy providing advice, research and resources on digital colour printing and customised marketing projects. Syntax worked with vendors, service providers and end users to maximise their returns from colour digital print and relationship marketing initiatives. Clients included Astron, edotech, Barclaycard, GWC, Xerox, Hewlett Packard, Canon, BT, Creation, Program Products and PrintSoft.
Chris spent five years establishing and managing Moore IMS (part of the Moore Corporation) which, in 1997, capitalised on the newly emerging custom digital print opportunity. Customers included Thomson Holidays, Centrica, AA, Viking Office Supplies and Tektronix.
Commenting on his appointment, TriPartum managing director James Shand said: “Chris brings significant experience at a hugely exciting time for TriPartum now that we’re into our second year with ambitious plans for growth. Our key strength as a team lies in the unrivalled experience across the print and document industry.”
